Phần lớn lập trình viên không thiếu khóa học, tutorial hay roadmap. Cái họ thiếu là bối cảnh thật, thẳng thắn — từ người đã đi qua các giai đoạn khác nhau của nghề.

Chuẩn bị phỏng vấn, chọn công ty, đi từ làm theo task đến làm chủ vấn đề, làm việc trong nhiều kiểu môi trường team, và hiểu công việc software/AI/data thật sự ra sao bên trong công ty — đó là những phần khó học từ khóa học, nhưng lại quyết định nhiều nhất.

Tôi muốn chia sẻ để bạn chuẩn bị tốt hơn, hỏi những câu đúng hơn, tránh các lỗi thường gặp, và phát triển có chủ đích hơn.

Thứ chính ở đây là kinh nghiệm và góc nhìn thật — tài liệu, hướng dẫn, roadmap hay bộ luyện phỏng vấn chỉ là phần bổ trợ. Đây không phải khóa học lý thuyết, không phải lời hứa “đi làm nhanh”, không phải chuyện tám công ty hay tranh luận tech stack — mà nên cảm thấy cá nhân, khiêm tốn và thực tế.

Most developers aren't short on courses, tutorials, or roadmaps. What they lack is real, honest context — from someone who's been through the different stages of the career.

Interview prep, choosing a company, going from doing tasks to owning problems, working across many kinds of team environment, and understanding what software/AI/data work is really like inside a company — these are the parts that are hard to learn from a course, yet matter the most.

I want to share so you can prepare better, ask sharper questions, avoid common mistakes, and grow more deliberately.

The main thing here is real experience and perspective — docs, guides, roadmaps, and interview prep are just supporting material. This isn't a theory course, not a promise to “get hired fast,” not company gossip or tech-stack debates — it should feel personal, humble, and practical.

I'm starting as the first person to share. But the bigger goal is to invite more friends and people in my network — people who've worked across many companies, roles, and environments — to share their lessons too.

Each person brings their own real perspective: software engineering, AI/ML, data, product, startups, global teams, fintech, enterprise, interviewing, career changes, and growth. That's something a course can hardly give you.
